Why is Abilico changing?

Earlier this year, Abilico was about to shut down. Recognizing its importance to therapists like you, Compression Care stepped in to help. We purchased Abilico and ComprssionGuru.com, with a vision to combine everything you love about Abilico with the best of Compression Care and CompressionGuru.com to give you control over the things that are important to you and save you time and effort on the rest.

Are all of the people I’ve been dealing with at Abilico still there?

Yes. The entire Abilico team was committed to saving Abilico and agreed to stay on, so we’re excited to have them as part of Compression Care! They’re fitting right in and over the next few months they’ll continue to mesh right in!

I just submitted my patient, why are they not in my dashboard?

To avoid duplicating patients, our team always reviews every patient referral. Once we approve the referral, it will be added to your dashboard.

Will my existing Abilico Patients be brought into the new portal?

We are working hard to ensure that all patient information is pulled out of the old platform. Once we have all of the patients removed, we will begin to add them to the new system. We expect to have this completed before October 17th. In the meantime, if you need access to information related to a patient on the OLD Abilico site, please visit rx.abilico.com. This will reroute you to a landing page, at the bottom of that page is a link to rx.abilico.com, this link is the only way to get to the old site.

Where will I see messages relating to my patient?

We are working to add Messages into the system, but we are not there yet. You will received an email from Portal@compressioncare.com regarding your messages for now. Please add this email to your safe senders list to avoid it being junked.

Can we add items by SKU?

Our IT department is working on this, but the feature is not available yet.

Where can I find prescriptions to fill out and other resources?

From your portal dashboard, click Forms on the left hand side. This will allow you to access all forms and get helpful information.

How can I send you documents?
